It has been quite a long time I haven't meet my best bae, Quincy ( @quincyfans ), we decided to meet last Saturday at the not so new Sushi place called Sushi Hiro at PIK area.

Getting famous by their cute and unique style of serving their sushi, Sushi Hiro is getting more attention than ever. Who doesn't know their sushi staircase ? It was all over instagram for about months.

But despite being getting attention by their look, this place also served us with the best and delicious fresh sushi. Their sushi is so authentic, that's why it was a lil' bit hard to find some fusion roll sushi in here. We ordered the kani, tamago, salmon, unagi, Chuka Idako and salmon aburi sushi and a pair of salmon volcano roll.

Their tamago sweetness is perfect, the chuka idako was also fresh but the tenderness of their Salmon Aburi sushi was the highlight of the staircase. But also not to mention our number one's pick was the Volcano roll! It was superb and very delightful. It is not only a staircase pile of sushi but I'm pretty sure everyone's agree if it's called the staircase to heaven.

The next menu that really highlight our brunch was their ultimate truffle gyudon. Served with their poached egg that melts and covered all the rice and meat. It was really a mouth-watering looks.

There's nothing to say about this anymore, the meat was cooked perfectly medium rare and the truffle was seasoned nicely. Well for this restaurant's portion was a lil' bit to small and the price was also high, but let me say that this place is worth to eat.

Next, after we had our meal and talked a lot, also gossiping lol! We took some photos at the insta-worthy place in PIK. Yes! It is Tzu Chi Buddhist Center, where all of the building is covered with gray and low saturation color makes it perfect to take a picture in here.

Since we didn't have a lot of time to chill because both of us were busy with our schedule that day, we decided to go back after took some shots. It was really nice to met her again. I hope next time we could spend more time together!
